Refund & Cancellation Policy

Spruhaapthi Charitable Trust values donor trust and transparency.

Donations are generally non-refundable as they are voluntary charitable contributions.

However, refunds may be considered in cases of:

• Duplicate transaction

• Technical error

• Unauthorized transaction

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.
